Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?
The entire hotel has free Wi-Fi. We also have free spots in the lobby. Please note that internet use requires you to bring your own notebook computer and configure the connection yourself.

Can we stay with children?
Yes, we welcome families with children. We offer rooms suitable for small children and various meal and bedding options for infants, with different rate categories (child rates A–D). Please contact us for details about children's amenities.

Do you have rooms with open-air baths?
Yes. We offer rooms with flowing hot spring open-air baths (45m²), special rooms with open-air baths (Tanpopo, 673, 773), and our detached VIP suite Korin (153m²), among other types. In January 2025, we also opened new rooms with open-air baths.

What facilities are available in the hotel?
We have a large public bath, open-air bath, sauna, private open-air bath, hot spring table tennis, game corner, shop, kimono rental corner, spa & nail salon, banquet hall, meeting rooms (up to 200 people), gassho-zukuri (traditional thatched-roof building), café lounge, and late-night dining "Yume Yokocho".

What is the hot spring water quality and what are its benefits?
The spring quality is sodium sulfate. Benefits include beautiful skin, fatigue recovery, health promotion, relief from neuralgia, anemia, and women's health issues. The large public bath uses partial recirculation for filtration. Rooms with open-air baths feature completely flowing source water.
Is this a private hot spring? Can day-trippers use the baths?
All hot spring facilities use our private source with flowing hot spring water (50 liters per minute). Our source has been flowing for over 700 years since it opened 1302 years ago, with no added water. We do not accept day-trippers. Guests can use the baths anytime from check-in to check-out.

Is there free shuttle service from the nearest station?
Yes, we provide free shuttle buses. From Kaga Onsen Station at 15:30, 16:30, and 17:30. From Awazu Station between 15:00 and 18:00—just call and we'll pick you up anytime. We also offer shuttle service from Komatsu Airport.

What are the signature meal plans?
Our most popular plan is "Kanazawa Kaiseki" (with crab, nodoguro, duck jibuni, and gas shrimp, from ¥22,000 excluding tax), our specialty "Kaga Yuke muri Gensen-mushi" (from ¥22,000 excluding tax), and "Kanazawa Sushi Kaiseki" limited to 5 groups daily (from ¥20,000 excluding tax).
Where and when are meals served?
Dinner is served at restaurant "Gensuke" from 18:00–21:00, and breakfast from 07:30–09:00. Private dining rooms are available. Late-night meals can also be enjoyed at "Yume Yokocho" from 18:00–25:00 (last order 24:00).
