Do you offer a shuttle service?
We offer a free shuttle bus from JR Yaizu Station South Exit (for guests only, reservation required in advance). Shuttles depart from Yaizu Station every 30 minutes starting at 13:55. Please call ahead to make a reservation.

What activities are available?
We offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor programs including sports activities such as tennis, basketball, mölkky, and curling, a forest pool (summer only), a board game area, and matcha tea experience. You can also enjoy the footbath terrace and scenic views from the Mount Fuji observation deck.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Rooms are available from 15:00, but check-in reception opens at 14:00. Check-out is at 10:00. You can extend check-out for 1 hour at 10% of the room rate per hour.

What is included in the all-inclusive package?
Dinner (buffet), drinks from the lounge (including alcohol), and various activities are all included in your room rate. You won't need your wallet from check-in until check-out (some services like massage and shop purchases are paid separately).

What types of hot spring baths are available?
We have 3 large public baths—Kaion, Shiokaze, and Olive—along with a total of 15 baths and 2 types of saunas. At Kaion, you can bathe while enjoying views of Suruga Bay and Mount Fuji. Our Yaizu hot spring (sodium calcium chloride spring) is known for its fatigue-recovery and beauty benefits.
