How do I get there by train and bus?
About 35 minutes by local bus from Kintetsu Yamakamichi Station. By car, it's about 1 hour from Katsuragi IC on the Kyoto-Nara-Wakayama Expressway, or about 1 hour from Hari IC. From Osaka Umeda, expect about 1 hour 40 minutes.

What types of rooms are available?
We offer special rooms with private open-air baths overlooking the Yoshino River, as well as 4 types of calm Japanese-style rooms. All rooms are filled with the warmth of wood, with generous use of Koya cedar.

Are there any regular days off?
The day-use hot spring and restaurant are closed every Wednesday (with occasional temporary closures). For lodging reservations, please check our official website or call 0746-52-0006.

Is day-use bathing available?
Yes, day-use bathing is available (¥800 for adults, ¥400 for children). Family baths are also offered from 11:00 to 20:00 (by reservation, ¥5,500 per hour). For details, please contact the facility.
What are the features of the hot spring?
We have two types of open-air baths sourced from Yumori Hot Spring: "Kinmei-no-Yu" and "Ginrei-no-Yu". The water has a soft and gentle quality that the whole family can enjoy. Day-use bathing (¥800 for adults, ¥400 for children) is also available.

What sightseeing is available nearby?
Yoshino Mountain (about 1 hour by car), a famous cherry blossom spot; Odaigahara and other natural attractions; and the Michi-no-Eki Sugi-no-Yu Kawakami rest area adjacent to the property. Activities include woodcraft and pottery workshops, stream fishing, and hiking.

What is the meal like?
Seasonal kaiseki cuisine prepared by a chef who has received a Nara Prefectural Governor's Award as a "Master Craftsman of Nara." We carefully select ingredients from Nara Prefecture, including Yamato vegetables, and offer kaiseki featuring the "three great meats of Yamato": Yamato beef, Yamato chicken, and Yamato pork.
How can I use the restaurant?
Restaurant Yamabuki, a traditional Japanese restaurant built with abundant Yoshino cedar, welcomes non-overnight guests for lunch (11:00–14:00) without reservation. You can enjoy reasonably priced lunch while taking in views of the rich Yoshino cedar nature.
