How do I get here by train?
From Tokyo, take the Hokuriku Shinkansen "Kagayaki" to Kanazawa (approximately 2 hours 30 minutes), then take the Limited Express "Noto Kagarubi" to Wakura Onsen Station (approximately 1 hour). A complimentary shuttle bus is available from Wakura Onsen Station.

How do I get there?
About 8 minutes by car from JR Wakura Onsen Station (free shuttle available 12:00–18:30, reservation required). About 1 hour from Kanazawa Station on the limited express Noto Kagari-bi. About 2 hours 30 minutes from Tokyo to Kanazawa on the Hokuriku Shinkansen Kagayaki. About 40 minutes by limousine bus from Komatsu Airport to Kanazawa Station, then about 1 hour by limited express. Parking: free, 70 spaces (50 passenger cars, 10 buses, 10 minibuses).

Do all rooms have ocean views? What types of rooms are available?
All rooms overlook Nanao Bay. We offer 9 room types (49 rooms total): Imperial Suite (Niji no Kanata), Special Room (Niji no Kiseki), Western Room with View Bath, Four-room, Twin Room, Venus Floor, Japanese-Western Room, Japanese Room, and Japanese Twin Room.
Are there rooms recommended for female groups or couples?
We recommend the "Venus Floor" on the 10th floor, limited to 4 rooms. It features purple interior decor, an aroma diffuser, and bead cushions with amenities designed for women. It's popular with women travellers and couples.

What are the hot spring and bath facilities?
We have one large public bath and outdoor bath for men and women each, plus saunas. You can enjoy the skin- and body-friendly waters of Wakura hot spring while overlooking Nanao Bay.

Is there a shuttle service from the nearest station?
We offer free shuttle service from JR Wakura Onsen Station to all Kagaya Group facilities. Shuttle hours are 12:00–18:30 (reservation required). We can also arrange pickup at other times upon request.

What style of dinner is served?
Dinner is an adult buffet-style original to Niji to Umi. You can enjoy the pleasure of selecting colorful dishes while eating healthy and delicious food.
Is there a complimentary drink service?
Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and juice at the main lounge and terrace (Sea-ron) from 7:00 to 22:00. Bar service is available from 20:00 to 22:00.

Do you have massage services or indoor leisure facilities?
We offer Hogushi-dokoro Miyabi massage (16:00–23:30, last booking 23:00), karaoke room (15:00–24:00, from ¥1,100/hour), and mahjong room (15:00–, ¥2,200/hour per table).
What items can I borrow at the front desk?
We offer rental of trouser presses, humidifiers, and samue (casual Japanese wear). We also provide laundry service, fax transmission, parcel delivery service, and wake-up calls.
Can I go out late at night and return later?
For security reasons, we lock the front entrance at midnight. If you're returning from outside, please contact the front desk and we will unlock it for you.
