What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Times may differ depending on the plan.

What room types are there?
It is a small inn with 12 rooms in three types: 7 Japanese rooms, 4 Japanese-Western rooms and 1 special room with its own open-air bath.
Can I see the sea from the rooms?
There are three sea-side rooms, but the pine woods partly block the view, so the sea may not be clearly visible. From the private open-air baths on the roof you can see the Pacific beyond the pines.

What are the qualities of the hot spring?
It is a sodium chloride strong saline spring containing iodine, known as the golden bath for its pale yellow tint. Rising from 2,000 m underground, it is highly moisturising and said to help with joint pain, muscle pain, fatigue and skin conditions.
What are the opening hours of the large communal bath?
The bathing hall is open 15:00 to 1:00 the following morning and 5:00-9:30, with separate indoor baths for men and women.
How do I use the private open-air baths?
There are three private open-air baths with a view on the roof, free to use with no booking needed. They are available 15:00-23:00 and 6:00-9:30 (closed for 10 minutes from 50 minutes past each hour for cleaning).

How easy is it to reach the beach and the sights?
Nakazato Beach is about 5 minutes' walk away. The Shirako tennis village is also close by, and you can enjoy the nature of the Kujukuri coast.

Women guests may choose a yukata in the first-floor lobby, from a wide range of colours and patterns to wear around the inn.
Are the amenities good?
Free Wi-Fi, a fridge, a kettle, a safe and a hairdryer are provided, along with a bottle of mineral water per guest. Our amenities are well regarded.

About 20 minutes on a Kominato bus bound for Shirako Shako from Mobara Station on the JR Sotobo Line, alighting at Nakazato Kaigan, then 3 minutes on foot. About 2 hours by highway bus from Tokyo Station bound for Shirako Nakazato, alighting at Nakazato, then 3 minutes on foot.
