Do you offer a transfer service?
We are about a 1-minute walk from Iisaka Onsen Station, so transfer service is generally not necessary. Please contact the ryokan for details.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees are 100% of the room rate on the day of arrival, 50% from 2 days before, and 30% from 8 days before. No-show without notice incurs 100%.

What bathing facilities are available?
There is a large public bath and a family bath (private rental bath), all with 100% natural hot spring water in a free-flowing system. The spring is simple hot spring (hypotonic weakly acidic) with therapeutic benefits for neuralgia, fatigue recovery, and rheumatism. The baths are cleaned daily and available until 9:00 AM the next morning.

A small ryokan with 9–11 rooms total. All rooms are riverside Japanese-style rooms with antique furniture and a retro Showa-era atmosphere.
I heard all rooms are along a river—what is the view like?
All rooms are riverside on the Surikami River, where you can enjoy the gentle sound of the water. At night, you can see the illuminated Togami Bridge from your room.
