From Tokyo: Tohoku Shinkansen to Fukushima Station (about 100 minutes) → Fukushima Kotsu Iizaka Line to Iizaka Onsen Station (about 23 minutes) → free shuttle or taxi (about 5 minutes). We have a "Japanese Modern Twin Room Barrier-Free Room" in Ryounkan. It features a step-free entrance, a spacious washroom with long handrails, and a chime that signals with sound and light. It's designed for wheelchair users and guests with mobility difficulties.

We warmly welcome families with children and babies. We offer a full range of rental items including high chairs, chair belts, baby baths, baby soap, and diaper disposal bins. We also have dinner plans with reserved private dining rooms. Children under elementary school age can use our "Asobiba" kids' play space.

When can I use the indoor heated pool?
The indoor heated pool "Afros" opens during limited periods such as summer and winter holidays. It's fully glass-walled so you can enjoy the natural surroundings. Operating dates vary by season, so please call 024-542-2226 to confirm.
What kind of facility is the book lounge? What are the hours?
The book lounge "Fukurou" features approximately 4,000 manga masterpieces carefully selected by the seventh-generation owner. USB and Type-C power ports are also available. Hours are 7:00–10:00 and 15:00–23:00.

Do you have private baths or rooms with private open-air baths?
We offer rooms with private open-air baths in Kounkan (cypress wood, direct from source) and special rooms with private open-air baths in Ryounkan (cypress or stone open-air). You can enjoy the scenery and hot spring in your own private space.
What is the spring quality like?
Our private spring water is a weakly alkaline simple hot spring. The water is gentle on the skin and silky smooth—ideal for a baby's first hot spring experience. In addition to large and open-air public baths, we have private baths with direct spring-fed water in the private bath rooms and foot bath areas.

Is there a free shuttle service? Can I use it from Iizaka Onsen Station?
We offer a free shuttle bus from Iizaka Onsen Station to Yoshikawaya. Scheduled buses depart at 14:50 and 15:15 with no advance booking needed—they wait at the station. For other times, please call 024-542-2226 and we'll pick you up in about 10 minutes. Pickups available until 18:00. We offer return trips to Iizaka Onsen Station between 7:30 and 11:00 at 30-minute intervals.

Dining venues include "Seseragi-no-Mori Dining Akari" (private rooms for 2–6 people), "Matsukaze" with valley views (private rooms available upon reservation), and "Hana-no-Sho," a traditional Japanese-style private room accommodating up to 20 people. The venue varies depending on your plan. Please confirm when making your reservation.
What kind of dinner menu do you offer?
We serve Japanese cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients from the Tohoku region and local area. We offer plans where you can choose between Kuroge Wagyu teppan-yaki or abalone sizzle, as well as special celebratory meal plans. Each dish is brought to your table at the optimal moment to enjoy it.
