The annexe has Tonami Onsen Bijin-no-Yu, with an open-air bath, a sauna, a fine-bubble bath (women only), an electric bath and a jet bath. There is also a tiered tower sauna using the first Finnish stove in the Shimokita area.

It makes an ideal base for the main sights of the Shimokita Peninsula such as Osorezan and Hotokegaura. Located in the east of Mutsu City, it is convenient both for the city itself and for the peninsula as a whole.

The sky restaurant on the top floor (11th) looks out over Mount Kamafuse and the lights of the town, from fresh daytime views to a romantic night scene.
