Is there a shuttle from Tateyama Station?
A free shuttle bus runs from the west exit of Tateyama Station. Services to the hotel leave at 9:30, 10:40, 14:10, 16:10 and 17:30, and from the hotel at 9:00, 10:05, 13:30, 15:30 and 17:05 (please confirm in advance).

There is a family plan with half price for elementary school children and free for younger children. With table tennis, squash and the summer pool, indoors and out, it is a resort well suited to family holidays.

Every room has a balcony, and you can choose between sea-side, mountain-side and cottage settings. There are suites and garden-view rooms, and all 145 rooms have free Wi-Fi and a video-on-demand service.

Is there a pool?
There is an outdoor pool open in summer only, available on the days you arrive and leave. Please bring your own towel. The pool may close in severe weather or thunderstorms.

Is there a hot spring, and when can I use it?
There is a large hot spring bathing hall using our own source (silky water at pH 8.6, good for the skin), along with an open-air bath and a bath with a view on the top floor. Bathing hours are 13:00-24:00 and 5:00-9:00 the following morning.

What food can I eat?
As well as a breakfast buffet, dinner is a buffet of about 50 dishes including beef steak and seafood, with an unlimited drinks option (draught beer and more). The menu centres on local Boso fish and vegetables.
