How do I get there from Matsuyama Airport?
About 30 minutes by taxi from Matsuyama Airport, or take a local bus into Matsuyama, alight at Dogo Onsen Station on the Iyotetsu tram and walk 5 minutes. By car from Matsuyama IC it is about 25 minutes.
Can I walk to Dogo Onsen Honkan?
Yes, it is about 4 minutes' walk with no hills. Feel free to go in your yukata with a bathing basket.

Can you arrange a taxi?
The front desk can arrange taxis. For an early morning taxi, please book the day before.
Can you look after my luggage?
The front desk will hold your luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Please note that we cannot take valuables or fragile items.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. You may keep your car in the car park free of charge until 14:00 after check-out. Times may differ by plan, so please check your booking.

What kind of hot spring water is it?
It is an alkaline simple spring, piped from Dogo Onsen, whose smooth feel on the skin is its distinctive quality. Known as the bath of beauty, it warms you right through.
What are the bathing hall's opening hours?
The hot spring bathing hall is open from 5:00 in the morning until 1:00 the following morning. There is also an open-air bath, so you can take your time.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in every room, for business or leisure.

Are meal times fixed?
The last dinner service is 19:30. Please note that we cannot serve dinner if you arrive after 20:00. Breakfast is served in line with the shop's opening hours, 7:00-10:00.

There are 50 spaces in front of the hotel (800 yen per night for a car or motorcycle). Please leave your keys at the front desk. You may leave the car until 14:00 after check-out. Lorries cannot be parked.
