Check-in is 15:00–24:00, and check-out is 10:00 (standard). Times may vary depending on your plan.

We have free flat parking for up to 143 vehicles across three parking areas (the largest in the city). No reservation required, free entry and exit. Motorcycles and large vehicles can be discussed (some may incur a fee).

How do I get there?
From JR Izumo City Station north exit: approximately 5 minutes by taxi (about 1.8 km, or about 20 minutes on foot). From Sanin Expressway Hikawa IC: approximately 15 minutes west on Route 9. The nearest bus stop is Watarihashi, which is a 1–2 minute walk away.

How do I get here from JR Izumo City Station?
From JR Izumo City Station north exit: approximately 5 minutes by taxi (about 1.8 km), or about 20 minutes on foot. Alternatively, take the Ichibata Bus bound for Izumo Taisha and get off at Watarihashi bus stop, then walk 1–2 minutes (1–2 buses per hour).
How do I get to Izumo Taisha?
Izumo Taisha is about 15 minutes by car from the hotel. Many guests use us as a base for visiting this sacred shrine of good fortune in marriage.
Can you arrange a taxi?
Due to staff shortages at taxi companies in Izumo, we are currently unable to arrange immediate or advance bookings. This is especially difficult during early morning hours, rainy weather, and local events. Please consider alternative transportation in advance.
Is Wi-Fi available?
We have wired LAN (in some rooms) and Wi-Fi (all rooms). Both business and leisure guests can use these services.
What meal options are available?
Dinner with the 1 night 2 meals package includes the "Izumo Miyabi kaiseki". Dinner for bookings other than 1 night 2 meals must be reserved at least 3 days in advance. We also offer full-course meals in our large and small banquet halls.
Do you have banquet halls or conference rooms?
We have various banquet halls equipped for banquets, weddings, and conventions. We can accommodate everything from large gatherings to business meetings.
Are robes provided in the rooms?
We provide quality robes so guests can relax comfortably in their rooms.
Can I stay with children?
We welcome guests travelling with children. Please check your booking plan or contact the front desk for details on children sharing beds and children's rates.
