Can I reach the hotel from the station without getting wet?
The hotel is directly connected to Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line (Queen Mall exit), about 1 minute's walk. You can walk from the station through Queen's Square Yokohama to the hotel, staying dry in the rain.

The web check-in and check-out service and the Tokyu Hotels app were discontinued on 31 March 2026. Please check in at the front desk.

What is the Bay Club Floor?
The Bay Club Floor is a special floor on the 24th level where every room has an Airweave mattress for a good night's sleep, along with a special welcome message for guests.

Most rooms have a balcony where you can feel the sea breeze. At night you can see the bright lights of Minato Mirai and the illuminated Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel at close range.

The hotel is inside Queen's Square Yokohama, a complex with offices, a concert hall, a shopping mall and a park. MARK IS Minatomirai, Queen's East and the Landmark Tower are all nearby.

The hotel is in the centre of the Minato Mirai district, and K-Arena Yokohama is a few minutes from Minatomirai Station, convenient for concerts and large events.
