All rooms have Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) and can use it free of charge.

Is it easy to get to the entertainment district?
We are conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Miyazaki's main entertainment district "Nishitachi." It's also about a 3-minute drive from Miyazaki Station.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 (payment required at check-in), check-out is 11:00. Late check-out is available for 1,000 yen per hour, up to 13:00 maximum (subject to availability).

Do you have wheelchair accessibility?
We have accessible guest rooms for wheelchair users (designated accessible rooms). There are no steps from the entrance to the front desk and from the front desk to the guest rooms. We also provide accessible bathrooms and wheelchairs for loan.

We accept JCB, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, UC, DC, NICOS, Diners Club, and debit cards. Payment is required in advance at check-in.

We have a men-only public bath "Marinova" with semi-natural mineral hot spring water and authentic Nordic-style sauna. Available 15:00–10:00 the next morning (closed 10:00–12:00 for cleaning).

Can luggage be sent to the hotel in advance?
Please send items to 〒880-8561 15-8 Chigusacho, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture, with the guest's name and check-in date clearly marked. Please do not send cash, valuables, or perishable items. These will be stored at the front desk.

Is breakfast available?
Breakfast is served from 6:00 in the morning. We offer curry and Miyazaki's local specialty "hiyajiru" (cold vegetable soup), among other dishes.
Can I have dinner here?
Dinner plans are available at "Tsubohachi" on the 1st floor (17:30–22:00, L.O. 21:30). The entertainment district is also within walking distance for dining out.

A parking lot with capacity for 200 standard vehicles is located behind the hotel (paid: from 900 yen per night). Standard vehicles do not require advance reservation and are parked on a first-come, first-served basis. Large vehicles and buses require advance notice.
