What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. We cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
Is there a car park?
There is a free car park with 30 spaces (no height restrictions). Reservation is not required.
Where can I see the Naruto Whirlpool?
This hotel is the closest accommodation to the Naruto Whirlpool. You can enjoy dramatic views of the Onaruto Bridge and Naruto Strait from the large bath and some guest rooms. The Uzunoichi (whirlpool walkway) is a 1-minute walk away.
What are the large bath hours?
In the evening until 24:00, and from 06:00 in the morning. You can use Naruto Kitayu hot spring.
Is there a shuttle service?
We offer free shuttle service from JR Naruto Station, the Kousoku Naruto Bus Stop, and the Otsuka Museum Bus Stop, among others. Advance reservation is required by 22:00 the day before use.
What are the characteristics of the cuisine?
Our speciality is kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) using Tokushima produce including Naruto sea bream raised in the Naruto Strait, Awa beef, Awa chicken, and Naruto wakame. We offer multiple courses including the Uzushio Kaiseki and Sea Bream Kaiseki.
Can I stay with a baby?
We provide complimentary rental items for babies and small children. Room dining is also available, making it suitable for families travelling with young children.
How do I access the Otsuka Museum of Art?
Located within Naruto Park, the Otsuka Museum of Art is nearby and easily accessible by car.
