Can I use the pool if I have a tattoo?
At Orchid Pool, Kids Pool, and Indoor Pool, body art larger than the palm of your hand must be covered (arm and leg covers, or rash guards available). At Quiet Pool and Ocean Terrace Pool, guests with tattoos are welcome to use freely.
Can non-guests use the pool?
No, the pool and beach are for registered guests only. Non-guests cannot use these facilities.

Can children share a bed with adults?
Up to one child aged 12 or under can share a bed with one adult. Please confirm details at the time of booking.
Can children use the pool?
There is a kids pool (65m², water depth 0.6m) adjacent to the Orchid Pool, suitable for small children. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 20 or older during water activities. Children requiring diapers must wear swim diapers. Guests under 16 are not permitted to use the Quiet Pool and Ocean Terrace Pool.

Which room types have access to the club lounge?
Guests staying in Orchid Suite, Halekulani Suite, Ocean Terrace Suite, Halekulani Cliff Villa, Cliff Villa, or Premier Club Ocean Front can use the lounge. It is located on the 5th floor of the Sunset Wing and offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and drinks.
What are the hours for the fitness gym?
The fitness center is available 24 hours year-round (ages 16 and up). It is located on the 3rd floor of the Beachfront Wing and can be accessed with your room key. T-shirts, half-pants, and shoes are available for rent at 1,100 yen each.

Each of the 5 villas has a private heated pool and hot spring. The indoor pool also offers a jet bath and hot spring for guests wearing swimwear.

How many restaurants does the hotel have? What types are there?
There are 4 restaurants and 1 bar in the hotel. Innovative cuisine at SHIROUX, Japanese cuisine at AOMI, steak & wine at KINGDOM, all-day dining at House Without A Key, and sunset bar SPECTRA. We also offer BBQ and in-room dining.
What are the hours for in-room dining?
Breakfast 6:30–11:30, Lunch 12:00–16:30, Dinner 17:00–22:00, Late night snacks 21:30–23:00 (last order 22:30). You can order via room television or phone. Inquiries after 23:00 will be handled from 6:30 the next morning.
What breakfast options are available?
You can choose from three types: buffet, Western set, or Japanese kaiseki. In-room breakfast is also available from 6:30–11:30 (last order 11:00).
