About 2 minutes' walk from the west exit of JR Okayama Station along a covered walkway, so you stay dry in the rain.

We have banquet rooms of various sizes and meeting rooms for conventions, meetings and parties, and work with the adjoining Okayama Convention Center.
Is renovation work being carried out on the rooms?
All rooms on floors 9 to 18 are due to be renovated between January and the end of August 2027. The hotel will stay open during the work, though there may be some inconvenience.

There is a cafe restaurant, a Japanese restaurant and the 20th-floor sky bar and lounge (closed on Sundays). The breakfast buffet using local ingredients is popular.

You can use the Litt Parking (Mamakari Parking) on floors B1 and B2 of the hotel, with 270 spaces, open 24 hours all year. The overnight rate is 1,250 yen, with in-and-out privileges. Up to 3 hours free is also available depending on your room rate.
