Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Any device with wireless LAN can connect anywhere in the building (a PC loan service is not offered).

How do I get there from Beppu Station?
About 15 minutes by car from JR Beppu Station or from Beppu IC. A taxi is convenient.

Is there a welcome service at check-in?
At check-in you receive a coin, which you can use for a welcome drink, at the shop, or for your first drink at dinner, as you prefer.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Times may differ depending on the plan. Late check-out is 2,500 yen (before tax) per room per hour, up to a maximum of 12:00.

How large are the rooms?
The rooms are spacious at 51 square metres and all are ocean-view. Two 140 cm double beds let you rest comfortably.

How does it differ from the neighbouring AMANE RESORT GAHAMA?
SEIKAI is a resort hotel made up of the Hare, Umi and Sora wings. Guests at SEIKAI may also use the restaurants at the adjacent GAHAMA. Both are sister properties on Beppu Bay.

Can I use the hot spring on a day visit (bathing only)?
For bathing only, the charge is 2,500 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for those aged 12 and under. If you also dine with us it is 1,000 yen for adults and free for those aged 12 and under.

Is there a communal bath?
The communal bath is so close to the sea that it is known as sea level zero; when you soak up to your shoulders you feel as though you are floating on the sea. There are two communal bathing areas.
Is it true that every room has an open-air bath?
Yes, all 60 rooms have an open-air or semi-open-air bath fed directly from the source, so you can enjoy the hot spring in your room as often as you like. All rooms are also ocean-view.

What is the food like?
In addition to three restaurants on the premises, you can also choose from the two restaurants at the adjacent AMANE RESORT GAHAMA. The menus are full of individuality and make generous use of seasonal ingredients.

There is a free outdoor car park (about 70 spaces) on the land next to the hotel. On arrival, pull up at the entrance (facing National Route 10) and a member of staff will direct you.
