How do I get to the hotel?
From JR Kii-Katsuura Station, it's about a 5-minute walk to the hotel's dedicated pier (Katsuura Port Tourist Pier), then about 10 minutes by hotel shuttle boat. By car, use the dedicated parking lot (400 spaces, free) and we will guide you to the hotel by shuttle bus or transfer boat.

Check-in is from 15:00 onwards and check-out is at 10:00. Times may vary depending on your plan. Please contact the hotel in advance if you will be arriving after 18:00.

We have multiple sources including sulfur-containing sodium chloride spring and chloride spring. The famous open-air baths are "Boukaikidou" and "Genwudou", which utilize natural caves, and we also have a large public bath.
Can I use the famous cave hot spring "Boukaikidou" anytime?
"Boukaikidou" may be unavailable during construction and maintenance periods. From April to mid-August 2026 (scheduled), it will be closed for construction. Please check the official website for the latest information before your stay.

The UNESCO World Heritage Kumano Kodo pilgrimage trail and Nachi Falls (at Nachi Taisha shrine) are nearby. The area around Katsuura Port is known as "Kino Matsushima" for its scenic landscape, and you can also enjoy sightseeing cruises.
