How far is it from Dogo Onsen Honkan?
It is about a 5–6 minute walk from Dogo Onsen Station on the tram and positioned on a hill about 3 minutes on foot from Dogo Onsen Honkan.
How do I get to the facility from Matsuyama Airport?
Take the airport limousine bus to Dogo Onsen, which takes about 40 minutes. Then walk about 10 minutes from Dogo Onsen Station. By taxi it takes about 30 minutes.

Do you have any closure dates?
The facility has closure dates several times per year for maintenance. In 2026, planned closures are 4/21–23, 7/7–9, 9/29–10/1, and 12/6–12/12. Please check the official website for the latest information.

What types of guest rooms do you have?
The most popular rooms are the 9 'Garden Open-Air Bath Guest Rooms' on the 7th floor, where you can enjoy 100% Dogo hot spring water in your room. We also offer 6 'Modern Japanese Twin Rooms' on the top 8th floor, which opened in 2023, with a total of 90 rooms in various styles.

What are the distinctive features of the building?
This ryokan was designed by world-renowned architect Kisho Kurokawa and is characterized by spaces where 'Edo and modernity' harmonize beautifully. The atrium lobby features a waterfall flowing from the second floor, creating an extraordinary atmosphere.

What kind of hot spring facilities do you have?
The large public bath uses 100% Dogo hot spring water and offers a variety of bathing areas including hot baths, lukewarm baths, water jets, reclining baths, a sauna, and an open-air bath. During the day you can bathe surrounded by greenery, and at night in softly lit surroundings.

Where do you serve meals?
Meals are served in private-style seating at the restaurants 'Hanakazoe' or 'Tsukikusa'. There are multiple dining venues and room assignment is not guaranteed. Some plans include in-room dining.
