How do I get to the hotel from Morioka Station?
It is about a 1-minute walk from the north exit of JR Morioka Station. Between 7:00 and 22:40, you can access the hotel via the station building Fezan. By car, it is about 10 minutes from the Morioka IC on the Tohoku Expressway.

What is your cancellation policy?
A cancellation fee of 80% of the accommodation charge applies for cancellations on the day of arrival, and 20% for cancellations the day before. No-show cancellations incur a 100% fee. Please also check the plan details in your booking.

A JR-affiliated convenience store is located next to the front desk on the first floor, where you can conveniently shop for beverages, food, and daily necessities. The hotel is also directly connected to the station building Fezan, making it a convenient location for shopping and dining.

The main building does not have a public bath. Please use the bathroom in your room. We also have partnerships with the affiliated "Hotel Metropolitan Morioka NEW WING"; please consult the front desk for details.

Breakfast is served buffet-style at the Chinese dining restaurant. We offer Japanese and Western menus featuring local ingredients, along with gentle Chinese congee.

Times Fezan Parking Lot (approximately 520 spaces, indoor and outdoor) is available. For hotel guests, the rate is 800 yen per night for 24 hours from entry (first-come, first-served basis). An additional 300 yen is charged per 60 minutes after 24 hours. Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk. There is a vehicle height limit of 2.1 m.
