How do I get to the hotel from JR Toya Station?
A complimentary shuttle bus operates from JR Toya Station (approximately 40 minutes). Reservations are required by 18:00 the previous day. Please contact the hotel to book in advance. From New Chitose Airport it is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes by JR or approximately 2 hours by car.

Are there activities like skiing and golf?
In winter, we operate a ski village with slopes for beginners and children. We also have an 18-hole golf course where you can play from June to November. Only soft spikes are permitted for golf; metal spikes are not allowed.

Where can I buy souvenirs?
The shopping mall on the 1st floor sells Hokkaido specialty products and hotel original items. Outside shopping mall hours, some products are available at the front desk.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee depending on availability (3 hours: 30% of room rate; 6 hours: 50% of room rate; 6 hours or more: 100% of room rate).

What is the view from the rooms?
All rooms offer either a lake view (Toya Lake side) or ocean view (Ura-Ura Bay side). You can request your preferred view at the time of booking.

Can I use the pool or hot spring spa?
We have an aqua area with a 25m indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Premier style guests can use it free of charge. For casual style guests, swimwear, sportswear, and shoes are charged separately.

Can I see the sea of clouds?
Located at an elevation of 625 meters, you may see clouds covering Lake Toyako and Uchiura Bay, depending on weather conditions. While we cannot guarantee it, sea of clouds occur most often in the early morning.

What are the hot spring bath operating hours?
The large bath "Sansenin" is open 6:00–9:00 (last entry 8:45) and 15:00–23:00 (last entry 22:45). The cypress and stone baths rotate between men and women daily. There is also an outdoor bath and sauna. Guests with tattoos or body art cannot use the facility.

We offer room service available until 21:30. Beverages are available in the in-room minibar. We do not have vending machines.
How many restaurants are there?
The hotel has 9 food and beverage facilities, plus a patisserie and boulangerie. You can choose from French, kaiseki, Chinese, sushi, teppanyaki, and Japanese cuisine. Breakfast is available in either Japanese or Western style.
