What are the tourist attractions around Jozankei Onsen?
Longevity and Health Foot Bath (about 5 minutes' walk), Jozankei Source Park (about 10 minutes' walk), Kappa Family Wishing Hand Bath (about 10 minutes' walk), and others. You can also enjoy the seasonal beauty of the gorge throughout the year.

Can I stay with children?
As of April 1, 2022, this facility is exclusively for guests in elementary school and above. We cannot accommodate preschool children or infants. Thank you for your understanding.

Are there large baths and private baths?
We have two large baths with gender rotation (with outdoor bath and sauna), and a paid private sauna called "Suizan Nipa". Our detached bathhouse offers open-air bathing surrounded by forest.
What kind of hot spring water do you have?
We own 3 naturally flowing hot spring sources from the Toyohira River bed. We blend these sources, which have different mineral compositions, to provide rich, concentrated hot spring water. All guest rooms are equipped with an in-room private bath filled with our own source water, so you can bathe at your preferred time.

Is there a shuttle bus from Sapporo city?
We operate a complimentary shuttle bus departing from and arriving at Odori Nishi 5-chome (in front of Showa Building) on a reservation-only, first-come-first-served basis. Pickups are at 14:40 and 17:00; drop-offs from Suizantei are at 10:30 and 13:00. Please book via the reservation form on our official website by 19:00 the day before.

What kind of meals are served?
We serve kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) prepared with carefully selected seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido. You can enjoy the changing flavors of the seasons in our private dining room.

How do I get here?
From JR Sapporo Station South Exit Bus Terminal, take Jotetsu Bus (bound for Jozankei Onsen) for approximately 75 minutes, get off at Daiichi Hotel-mae, 0 minutes' walk. Free shuttle bus service is also available from Sapporo city center (Oji-nishi 5-chome) on a reservation-only, first-come basis.
