How do I get there from Matsuyama Airport?
About 40 minutes by limousine bus from Matsuyama Airport to Dogo Onsen, then about 5 minutes' walk from the Dogo Onsen bus stop. From JR Matsuyama Station it is about 30 minutes by tram, changing at Okaido and alighting at Dogo Onsen, then about 5 minutes' walk.

How far is it to Dogo Onsen Honkan?
The hotel is very well placed, about 3 minutes' walk from Dogo Onsen Honkan. A lift for guests also brings you to Dogo Haikara-dori in 1 minute, making it very convenient for walking the hot spring town and visiting the public baths.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00-19:00 and check-out is 11:00. There may be a wait at peak times, for which we ask your understanding.

Is the hotel accessible?
There are accessible rooms, wheelchair-accessible toilets and wheelchairs to borrow. The guest lift leading towards Dogo Onsen Honkan is also very helpful for anyone with limited mobility. We can also adapt meals for allergies.

There are 69 rooms in 9 types. As well as standard twin and standard double rooms, there are special rooms with their own open-air bath and superior twins. Some rooms look out over Matsuyama Castle or Dogo Onsen Honkan.

What does environmentally considerate hotel mean?
When the hotel opened in October 2019 it became the first in Ehime Prefecture to gain ZEB Ready (net zero energy building) certification. With a 24-hour ventilation system and energy-saving equipment, it is built on the idea of being kind to people and the environment.

There is a private bath where you can enjoy the water of Dogo Onsen in your own time. Please see the official website or ask at the front desk for details.
What are the bathing facilities like?
The bathing hall with a view, Haruka no Yu, is superbly placed with a sweeping outlook over Matsuyama including Dogo Onsen Honkan and Matsuyama Castle. It uses water piped from Dogo Onsen and has an open-air bath, an indoor bath and a sauna.

What is the food like?
We serve dishes using seasonal ingredients and the abundant seafood of the Seto Inland Sea. Dinner combines a main dish with a seasonal buffet, ranging from local dishes using regional produce to a wide choice of Japanese and Western options.
