National routes and parking areas are snow-cleared, but during heavy snowfall, four-wheel drive vehicles or tire chains and other anti-slip devices are required. Vehicles not equipped for cold climates may experience battery failure. The Kumotani Gate closes at night, so arrival before 5 PM is recommended. Emergency road closures may occur due to weather restrictions.

The main inn has three types: Building 1 (Western-style rooms with beds, refrigerator, toilet, sink), Buildings A and 7 (6–8 tatami Japanese-style rooms with veranda and alcove). All rooms include towels, bath towels, and yukata. Buildings A and 7 have no refrigerators. We have 139 rooms total including the thermal therapy wings.

We have a "Hot Spring Therapy Consultation Room" on-site with a resident consultant who holds a nursing qualification. You can consult about health checks, bathing methods, and more. Please feel free to visit.

The shop is open 7:00–20:00. We carry Aomori Prefecture apple cakes, local sake, seafood products, Tsugaru lacquerware, Tsugaru glassware, and other local goods, plus Sukayu Onsen original items (hot spring soap, hot spring water face masks, etc.) and light snacks.

We have separate men's and women's small baths called "Tama no Yu". Although the source differs from the Senin Bath, it has the same milky, acidic sulfur spring qualities. The women's bath is made of cypress wood, has a shower, and offers generous space for relaxation.

A large co-ed bath spanning 160 tatami mats, made entirely of hiba wood. It features four different hot spring sources: the hot spring, cold spring, lukewarm spring, and waterfall bath. The bath is characterized by its overwhelming sense of space with no pillars supporting the hiba structure. It is a renowned hot spring that has soothed many visitors for over 300 years.

The spring is acidic sulfur water (containing gypsum, acidic hydrogen sulfide). It is indicated for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, frozen shoulder, chronic skin conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, and fatigue recovery, among others. Research by Kagawa University School of Medicine has found antiviral properties in the hot spring water.

A complimentary shuttle bus is available for guests with reservations. Advance booking is required; please request when making your accommodation reservation. Departures from Shin-Aomori Station East Exit are at 10:15 and 14:00. Departures from Sukayu Onsen are at 8:50 and 12:30. Travel time is approximately 60 minutes.

We have thermal therapy wings (Buildings 2, 3, 5, and 6) available. These are simple Japanese-style rooms for long-term guests with TV, refrigerator, yukata, and towels provided. Shared cooking facilities, gas burners, and microwave are free to use. Washing machines cost 100 yen per 60-minute cycle for both wash and dry.

In the main inn wing, Building A serves dinner in your room, while Buildings 1 and 7 serve dinner at the dining area with chairs and tables. Breakfast is buffet-style. For thermal therapy wing guests with meal plans, both breakfast and dinner are served at the dining area.
