From Shimojichiguchi Station on the Kintetsu Yoshino Line, take the Nara Kotsu bus bound for Dorogawa Onsen for approximately 80 minutes, get off at Dorogawa Onsen bus stop, and walk from there. By car, it takes approximately 60 minutes from the Gojo Minami IC on the Kii-Kanan Expressway via National Route 309.
