The nearest station is JR Oishida Station. We offer free shuttle service with departures from Oishida Station at 11:10, 13:40, and 15:45. If you wish to use the shuttle, advance reservation by the day before is required. The journey takes approximately 30–40 minutes.

Studless tyres are mandatory during winter. It is also recommended that you carry chains for added safety. Note that National Route 347 (Nabegoshi Pass) is closed in winter, so a detour via National Route 47 is necessary. From the Sendai and Fukushima directions, we recommend avoiding Senaburi Pass and setting Obanazawa City Library as a waypoint.

The regular route bus 'Ginzan Hanagasa-gō' connects JR Ōishida Station and Ginzan Onsen. Journey time is approximately 40 minutes, and the fare is ¥1,000 for adults. The bus stop is right in front of our sister facility, Ginzan-sō. From the Sendai direction, you can take the Yamakō Bus 'Express 48 Liner' to Obanazawa Waiting Area, then transfer to the local bus.

We accept reservations until 18:00 on two days before your stay. Check-in is normally until 19:00. If you expect to arrive after 19:00, please contact us in advance.

The entire building is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted at designated smoking areas in the hot spring town.

The nearest station is JR Ōishida Station. From the station to Ginzan Onsen, it takes approximately 30–40 minutes by shuttle vehicle, or approximately 40 minutes by local bus (Ginzan Hanagasa-gō) at ¥1,000 for adults. From Tokyo, take the Yamagata Shinkansen (Tsubasa) for approximately 4 hours. By car, the nearest IC is Obanazawa IC on the Tōhoku Central Expressway, approximately 30 minutes to Ginzan Onsen. A free dedicated car park is located approximately 600m before the hot spring village, with complimentary shuttle service from the car park to the village.

All rooms have a standard capacity of 2 adults. However, up to 2 children can stay with you on a bedding-free (co-sleeping) basis.

Ginzan-sō is located on a hilltop at the entrance of the hot spring village and boasts views of Ginzan River and mountains, with guest rooms featuring semi-open-air reclining baths, a large communal bath and outdoor bath. Kosekiya is located in the central part of the hot spring village and its greatest charm is the atmosphere of the Taishō-era wooden structure and the landscape of the hot spring village with gas lamps illuminated at dusk.

We have a retro-modern lounge with an earthen floor and hearth. Around the hearth, which features a striking large single slab chestnut table, you can enjoy self-service complimentary drinks while viewing the courtyard with the hot spring pond.

The main building does not have an outdoor bath, but we offer two baths with different characteristics, "black" and "white". You can also use the outdoor bath at our sister facility, Ginzansou.

All meals during your stay are included in the room rate in an inclusive style. Dinner is served at Nokawa-tei with course cuisine using seasonal Yamagata ingredients. At Yuke-muri Shokudō Shirogane in front of the Shirogane Waterfall, you can also enjoy hot spring steamed baskets and iron-plate charcoal-grilled dishes.

We provide a free dedicated car park. Advance reservation is not required for guests. Please drive into the car park located approximately 600m before the hot spring village, then call us to let us know you've arrived. We will pick you up by shuttle vehicle to the entrance of the hot spring village. During winter, studless tyres are mandatory.
