Is the facility barrier-free accessible?
The entire first floor is designed with semi-barrier-free access, equipped with ramps and multipurpose restrooms (with diaper changing table, nursing room, and ostomy facilities). We also have fully barrier-free guest rooms and rooms with grab bars and accessible bathrooms.

Can we stay with children?
We have excellent barrier-free facilities, including changing tables and nursing rooms, so families with children can stay with peace of mind. Our soft sulfur hot spring is suitable even for babies.

Can I use the hot spring for a day visit?
Yes, day-use hot spring access is available. Rates are 1,100 yen for adults, 330 yen for elementary school children, and free for infants. Hours are 15:00–20:00 (last entry 19:00).

What types of hot springs do you have?
We have 100% sulfur spring source hot water with four bathing areas: the large public bath "Daikoku no Yu" on the 6th floor, semi-open-air bath "Fuku no Yu" on the 7th floor, open-air bath in the sky "Tennyo no Yu Ami" on the 9th floor (women only), and private rental bath "Kamekichi no Yu".

Do you offer shuttle service?
Shuttle service to Yumoto Station may be available for groups of 20 or more. Please arrange this in advance. Individual shuttle service is not generally available, but the station is about a 7–8 minute walk away.

What types of guest rooms are available?
We have 54 guest rooms (47–54 rooms) including Japanese-style rooms in "Genroku-kan" and "Taihei-kan", Japanese-Western rooms, special rooms with semi-open-air hot spring, and Western single and twin rooms. All rooms are non-smoking.

What kind of meals are served?
We serve seasonal, carefully selected ingredients including local Iwaki seafood, Fukushima beef, and brand pork in Japanese set meal style. Meals are served with Iwaki-grown Koshihikari rice.

Is there parking available?
We have first and second parking lots with free parking for 100 regular cars and 5 large buses (3 large buses are in the second lot). Parking is free for both overnight guests and day-use hot spring visitors.
