Monthly-changing original kaiseki courses served one dish at a time. We focus on seasonal ingredients from the local Hokuriku region, organic vegetables, and wild seafood, serving hot dishes hot and cold dishes cold. You can choose between in-room dining or dining at the private dining room "Sensingumi," which was renovated in 2023.
