It is a natural hot spring sourced from a depth of 1,135 meters. The water is saline with bicarbonate minerals and is weakly alkaline, commonly known as "beauty water." The carbonic acid spring promotes blood circulation and is expected to help with poor circulation, stiff shoulders, circulatory disorders, and muscle fatigue relief.

Large communal bath (separate for men and women, with indoor and outdoor pools), reserved scenic open-air bath "Moonlight" (reservation required), and foot bath. "Moonlight" offers a special experience with ocean horizon views during the day and starry skies at night. The communal bath has a capacity of 40 people each for men and women.

Guests pay 1,000 yen for adults and 600 yen for children to use the hot spring. Day visitors pay 1,200 yen for adults and 800 yen for children. Operating hours are generally 6:00–23:00, but hours may change on Wednesdays for maintenance. Last entry is 30 minutes before closing.

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. However, these may vary depending on your booking plan, so please confirm the details of your reservation.

As public transportation on the island is limited, rental car or private vehicle is the standard way to access the facility. Parking is free.

The outdoor pool is typically open from late April to mid-October, 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (evening swimming available). There is an adult pool and a shallow children's pool, making it great for families. Pool use is free for guests.

There are three room types: oceanview standard rooms in the main building (56 rooms), corner suites on the 4th floor (2 rooms), and Japanese-Western style rooms in the cottage wing (28 rooms). The cottages are popular with families and groups due to their privacy.

On-site facilities include Segway and go-kart rental (fee), tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts (free to use), animal corner (goats, rabbits, etc.), and a kids' play room (slides, ball pit, etc.). Nightly stargazing photo tours by professional photographers are also offered (guests only, fee applies).

This resort is very popular with families. We have a children's pool, kids' play room, animal corner, and other kid-friendly facilities. We also offer a bedding-free plan for children aged 3 to under 6 to sleep with parents.

We practice eco-friendly cleaning. For 2-3 night stays, regular cleaning is not performed—only garbage collection and towel changes. For 4 nights or longer, standard cleaning (linen change, garbage collection) is done every 3 days. Please keep this in mind when booking.

Ikei Island is a quiet island accessed from the main island via the Kaichidō (sea bridge). The island has beautiful beaches like Ikei Beach. Convenience stores and restaurants are very limited, so we recommend shopping beforehand.
