How do I get to the facility from Komatsu Airport?
From Komatsu Airport, you can take the Kaga sightseeing bus "Canvas" (550 yen) or transfer via local bus (280 yen) and JR (240 yen) to JR Kaga Onsen Station, then use the free shuttle bus (approximately 15 minutes). By taxi directly from the airport, it takes about 25 minutes (approximately 10,000 yen for a small car).

Do you have a special plan that includes in-house vouchers?
From May 15 to July 17, 2026, we offer a weekday-only plan that includes ¥3,000 in in-house vouchers. The vouchers can be used at various facilities including the private bath, spa, foot reflexology, gift shop, and à la carte dishes. They will be provided at check-in.

What types of public baths do you have?
We have two large public baths each for men and women—"O-Yakushi no Yu" and "Kumanbou no Yu"—one made of natural cypress wood and one of stone, allowing you to enjoy a bath tour of the facility. Both use natural hot spring water from Yamashiro Onsen.
Do you have private baths? What are the rates and usage times?
We offer two types of private baths: "Kurakake no Yu" (cypress wood) and "Makomo no Yu" (stone). Usage time is 7:00–22:00, and the rate is 3,300 yen for 50 minutes. Perfect for families and couples to relax without reservation.

Is there a free shuttle bus from JR Kaga Onsen Station to the ryokan? What are the times?
A free shuttle bus is available from JR Kaga Onsen Station to the facility. Pickup times are fixed departures at 13:50, 14:50, 15:50, 16:50, and 17:50 with no reservation needed. Return trips (facility to Kaga Onsen Station) are at 8:35, 9:35, and 10:20; please reserve at the front desk by 21:00 the day before. Travel time is approximately 20 minutes.
If we are a group of 8 or more people and want to use the shuttle bus, do we need to make an advance reservation?
If you are a group of 8 or more, advance reservation is required. Also, if you have large luggage such as suitcases, please inform us in advance.

What kind of cuisine do you serve?
We prepare carefully crafted dishes that are beautiful to look at, made with generous amounts of ginger and koji. The cuisine features seasonal ingredients and the bounty of Kaga, designed to be both nourishing and wholesome. À la carte dishes and beverages can also be ordered in addition to the set course.

Is there a shop? What are the opening hours?
The shop "Kuroroku" carries original items from the facility as well as local Kaga sake and sweets. Opening hours are 8:00–10:30 and 15:00–21:30.
Do you offer spa or wellness services?
The spa salon "Hanashobu" offers facials from 6,000 yen for 40 minutes and body treatments from 10,000 yen for 60 minutes (open 16:00–24:00, closed Wednesdays). There is also a foot reflexology corner (16:00–23:00, closed Thursdays, from 2,000 yen for 15 minutes) and in-room massage (16:00–24:00, from 3,800 yen for 30 minutes).

We provide free parking. Please drive up to the front entrance. In winter, we recommend using studless tires or tire chains due to the risk of snow accumulation and icing.
