How do I get there from Shizuoka Station?
Free shuttle buses operate from JR Shizuoka Station and JR Higashi-Shizuoka Station (no reservation required). It takes about 35 minutes from Shizuoka Station and about 25 minutes from Higashi-Shizuoka Station. You can also use the local bus (Shizutetsu Bus Nippon Heira Line) from bus stop 11 at Shizuoka Station, which takes about 35 minutes. By taxi, it takes about 25 minutes from Shizuoka Station.
