How do I get there from Sakunami Station, and is there a shuttle?
About 5 minutes by free shuttle bus from Sakunami Station on the JR Senzan Line. It runs to meet train arrivals (13:40-17:40); please select your arrival time when booking your stay, or use the pick-up booking form on the official website.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 (latest 18:00) and check-out is 11:00. The shuttle bus from JR Sakunami Station runs between 13:40 and 17:40 (booking required).

We do not accept groups of 9 or more. This also applies where a group splits across several bookings, so please note.

Is there a hot spring pool?
There is no pool using the hot spring water, but you can move between four open-air baths and the 130 cm deep standing bath.

What is the Kutsurogi Salon?
It is a lounge space free for guests to use, serving drinks such as coffee and beer, where you can read or simply relax. It is free as part of the all-inclusive arrangement.

What kinds of baths are there?
There are four open-air baths at different temperatures and a herbal mugwort mist sauna using natural hot spring water. The 130 cm deep standing bath, an open-air bath at the source of the Hirose River, lets you float and relax completely. The baths change with the seasons: fresh greenery in spring, deep green in summer, autumn colours and snow-viewing bathing in winter.

What does all-inclusive cover?
The buffet meals, drinks, snacks and activities you can enjoy during your stay are all included in the room rate, so you can relax without thinking about the bill until check-out.
