Is there a transfer from Matsumoto Station?
Transfers from Matsumoto Station are accepted for groups of 10 or more. For smaller parties please take the bus: about 20 minutes on a service bound for Asama Onsen from Matsumoto Bus Terminal, getting off at the Shimoasama Hiroba stop, right by the inn.

There are 22 (or 25) purely Japanese-style rooms. You can spend unhurried time in rooms filled with the warmth of wood and the scent of tatami.

Is there an early booking plan?

What are the qualities of the water?
It is an alkaline simple hot spring. The gentle water is said to help with neuralgia, muscle ache, joint pain, poor circulation and recovery from fatigue. An open-air bath and private baths are also available.
What bathing facilities are there?
There are six bathing areas on the premises. Kutsurogi on the ground floor has two indoor baths and a semi-open-air bath, while Yasuragi on the third floor has an indoor bath scented with cypress and an open-air bath. The private bath with a view, Nagomi, on the top floor can be used free of charge without booking.

What is the food like?
Creative cuisine making generous use of Shinshu ingredients. There is a variety of plans, including courses centred on Shinshu beef grilled on a ceramic plate or a steak of Apple Wagyu Shinshu beef. The latest dinner service is 20:00.

How do I get there?
About 20 minutes by bus from the East Exit of JR Matsumoto Station (services bound for Asama Onsen from Matsumoto Bus Terminal); the inn is right by the Shimoasama Hiroba stop. About 8 km, or 25 minutes, from Matsumoto IC on the Nagano Expressway along National Route 158.
