What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00–17:30, and check-out is 10:00.
How can I use the private baths?
You can choose one of 10 different private baths—made of stone, wood, or with sauna—which is included free once per stay. Five of the 10 baths have a private sauna.
What is the hot spring water quality and character?
It is the only pH 8.6 alkaline spring in Tamana Onsen. Water is drawn from 400 meters underground and supplied as pure hot spring water with no circulation or heating. You can bathe anytime, 24 hours a day. It is known as the "beauty spring" with a reputation for skin-beautifying effects (smooth and silky skin).
