What is the hot spring water quality and characteristics?
An alkaline simple sulfur hot spring, said to be visited by Kiyomasa Kato to treat heat rash. The water is soft and silky-smooth like a cosmetic emulsion, with 100% source water directly from the spring with no added water or heating. After bathing, skin becomes moist and silky—a "beautiful skin spring".
Can I use the hot spring anytime?
In addition to the large bath and outdoor bath, guests staying in semi-open-air hot spring attached Japanese-style rooms can use the hot spring 24 hours.

Country-style cuisine featuring seasonal local ingredients with pork shabu-shabu as the main dish. Rice is "Nanohana Rice", a Hirayama specialty grown by local eco-farmer certified farmers who use rape blossoms as fertilizer for environmentally friendly rice.
