Do you have a private bath?
We have a private open-air bath. It features a wooden bathtub where you can enjoy natural scenery in a private setting. For details, please check our official website or contact the front desk.

We welcome families with children. Children 2 years and under stay free if bedding and meals are not required. Please contact us at the time of booking for details.

Is access to Yahiko Shrine and nearby attractions good?
Yahiko Shrine is about 10 minutes by car from here. The Japan Sea is also about 10 minutes away by car, and we are conveniently located near the Kakuda Mountain trailhead. There are sake breweries and farm markets in the surrounding area.
How do I get there?
About 10 minutes by complimentary shuttle from JR Echigo Line Iwamuro Station (reservation required 3 days in advance) / shuttle also available from Yahiko Station. About 15 minutes from Maki-Kasuga IC on the Hokuriku Expressway.

We have 100 parking spaces. Free parking for guests (reservation not required). The lot is an asphalt surface with level parking.

We have a sauna and jacuzzi. Both are available in the public bath.
What types of guest rooms do you have?
In addition to Japanese-style rooms in the main and new buildings, we offer multiple room types including a renovated detached room with private open-air bath called "Tsubaki" (15-tatami mat room with beds), and tatami-floored Japanese twin rooms.
What kind of meals are served?
Dinner is kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) prepared with fresh seafood from the Japan Sea and seasonal ingredients. We offer multiple courses featuring ingredients you can only enjoy in Niigata. Breakfast is a buffet-style meal featuring Niigata regional cuisine, with a popular make-your-own onigiri (rice ball) station.
What is the hot spring water quality and therapeutic benefit?
Iwamuro Onsen is known as a beauty spring that gives the skin a lustrous appearance. Therapeutic benefits include relief from neuralgia, rheumatism, poor circulation, and fatigue recovery. The public bath alternates by gender and offers two types of baths that can be enjoyed morning and evening: the stone-built "Kari-no-yu" and the log-built "Yumeden."
Is there shuttle service from the nearest station?
Complimentary shuttle is available from JR Echigo Line Iwamuro Station and JR Yahiko Line Yahiko Station. Shuttle is available from 15:00 to 17:00. Reservation by phone (0256-82-2015) is required 3 days before your stay. Same-day reservations cannot be accepted.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is installed in all guest rooms and available free of charge. Internet access is also available in shared areas.
