How do I access the facility by car?
From Tokyo: via the Kan'etsu, Hokuriku, and Nihonkai-Tohoku expressways, about 15 km from Toyosaka Niigata Higashi-ko IC (approx. 2 hours 50 minutes). From Sendai: via the Tohoku and Bandai expressways, about 15 km from Yasuda IC via Route 290. From Nagoya: via the Tomei, Chuo, Nagano, Joshinetsu, Hokuriku, and Nihonkai-Tohoku expressways, about 15 km from Toyosaka Niigata Higashi-ko IC.
How do I get from Niigata Station to the ryokan?
A direct bus to Tsukioka Onsen runs from the chartered bus stand at Niigata Station South Exit (operated by Niigata Kotsu). Journey time is approx. 60 min; fares are ¥1,500 for adults and ¥1,500 for children (cash only). Two departures: 13:00 and 15:25; no reservation needed, first-come first-served (max. 50 passengers). Return buses depart Tsukioka Onsen at 10:15 and 14:10. We offer shuttle service from the bus stop for our guests.
Is there access from Shibata Station?
A direct bus to Tsukigaoka Onsen (operated by Niigata Kotsu) runs from JR Shibata Station. Journey time is approximately 25 minutes; fares are ¥500 for adults and ¥300 for children (cash only). Buses depart Shibata Station at 10:50 and 15:30. For the return trip, buses depart Tsukigaoka Onsen at 10:20 and 11:15. We provide shuttle service to the bus stop for our guests.

From Niigata Airport, take a limousine bus for about 25 minutes to Niigata Station. From Niigata Station, take the direct bus to Tsukigaoka Onsen for about 60 minutes. Yes, we have multiple rooms suitable for families. The "Open-air bath and sauna room with Japanese-Western style" (85 m²) features a partitionable Japanese room, ideal for multi-generational families. The "Detached cottage with open-air bath, sauna, and cold bath" is divided into Japanese room, bedroom, and living area, suitable for larger groups. The "Japanese tatami and bed room" has a tatami space where futons can be laid out, making it suitable for three or more guests.

How do I use amenities in the room?
As part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste, amenities are not provided in guest rooms. Please take the quantities you need from the amenity corner located at the elevator landing on each floor.

What facilities are there in the building?
Facilities include spa, massage, scrub treatments, convention halls, banquet halls, kaiseki restaurant, meeting rooms, indoor pool, games, karaoke, izakaya, shops, lounge, and a Japanese garden (6,000 tsubo). Some rooms on the top floor have open-air baths with views extending to Sado Island.
