About 30 minutes by car from Miyazaki Airport, so access is good. The inn is about 7 minutes by car from Nichinan-Kitago IC. Public transport is limited, so we recommend hiring a car.

Check-in is 15:00-18:00 and check-out is by 11:00. As the latest check-in is 18:00, please contact us in advance if you will arrive later.

What is there to see in each season?
The cherry blossom is usually in full bloom in late March, giving way to fresh green. In summer there is silk tree blossom, in autumn the turning leaves and in winter the moss, so the garden changes through the year. Each room is designed around a season.

Every room is a detached two-bedroom villa (70.3 m2) with a terrace, an open-air bath, an outer garden and an inner garden (about 200 m2). Each has its own concept and distinctive design, such as Shiki (the seasons), Mizuoto (sound of water), Koketei (moss garden) and Retreat. The maximum is 4 guests.

What is the forest of 10,000 tsubo like?
The grounds lie within deep forest of 10,000 tsubo, surrounded by the rich nature of Kitago, which was certified as a forest therapy base by the National Land Afforestation Promotion Organization in 2008. You can take in nature with all your senses: birds and insects, the sound of the stream and the trees.

What are the qualities and benefits of the hot spring?
It is a sodium chloride and hydrogen carbonate spring. It leaves the skin moist and keeps the body warm, with a feel on the skin like a serum, and is a beautifying bath. It also has a calming effect and is good for relaxation.

Yes, every room has its own open-air bath. Each is designed around the plants of its own garden, so you can bathe in complete privacy while taking in the nature of Kitago.
