How far is it from central Tokyo?
About 1 hour 30 minutes from Shinjuku Station on the JR Ome Line, and about the same from Tokyo Station by train. By car it is about 25 minutes from Ome IC or Hinode IC on the Ken-O Expressway.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 (latest 20:00) and check-out is 11:00. Times may differ by plan.

Guests with children are welcome. There are sometimes plans where children stay free, so please see the official website for the current offers.

How many rooms are there, and what is the capacity?
There are 20 rooms taking up to 100 guests. There is also a hot spring bathing hall, the restaurant Seiryu, three banquet rooms, a meeting room and a tennis court.
What changed in the 2026 renovation?
The whole inn reopened after renovation on 18 July 2026. An open-air bath with a view over the natural setting of the Tama River was added to the bathing hall, which previously had none, and rooms with a sauna were also introduced. Day bathing resumed on 19 July.

What kind of hot spring water is it?
It is an alkaline simple sulphur spring using water from the Tsuru no Yu source in Okutama. Colourless and clear, it is gentle on the skin and leaves it moist afterwards, which has earned it the name beauty bath.

What sights are there nearby?
The inn makes an ideal base for Ome, Mitake and Okutama, convenient for the autumn leaves in the Mitake valley, walking on Mount Mitake and Lake Okutama.

Is there a pick-up service?
After check-out we run a scheduled service to Ishigamimae Station on the JR Ome Line (please book at check-in). We do not normally collect guests on arrival.

What is on the menu?
Our pride is creative Japanese kaiseki using seasonal ingredients the head chef buys himself, with grilled river fish from Okutama and dishes using local vegetables. On the all-inclusive plan, alcohol and snacks are available from check-in.
