Nikko Kotsu dial buses that circulate around each hotel are available from Kinugawa Onsen Station on the Tobu Kinugawa Line (300 yen for adults). Travel time is approximately 8 minutes. There is no direct shuttle bus, so please use the dial bus.

Standard check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 10:00. Times may vary depending on your plan, so please check the details of your reservation. Check-out can be extended until 11:00 for an additional charge of 2,200 yen per room (tax included) (may be declined during busy periods).

The water quality is alkaline simple spring (private source). We offer an open-air bath in the sky garden on the 13th floor of Shuho-kan, which is the highest location in Kinugawa Onsen, large public baths in both Shuho-kan and Hachiban-kan, 4 types of private baths (Uchide no Kozuchi no Yu), and the rock bath "Rakuraku". Hot spring water is also supplied to each guest room.

We can arrange cakes and flower bouquets. Alternatively, you can order these yourself. You can also use the Premium Lounge (available in select rooms).
