How do I get to the hotel from Aizu-Wakamatsu Station?
From JR Banetsu-Saisen Line Aizu-Wakamatsu Station, a taxi takes about 15 minutes. You can also take the town loop bus "Haikara-san" or "Akabe" and get off at "Aizu Buke-yashiki Mae" bus stop, then we offer free shuttle service to the hotel (please contact us on arrival).

Standard check-in is 15:00–19:00, and check-out is 10:00. Some plans may offer late check-out options.

Is it enjoyable with children?
With buffet meals that everyone from children to adults can enjoy and spacious rooms, the inn is much used by families. Events such as the Children's Hot Spring Tour are also held during the spring and summer holidays.

What types of guest rooms are available?
We have 160 rooms total across three buildings: Tower Building, Suzaku-tei, and Main Building. Room types include Japanese-style, Western-style, combined Japanese-Western style, and special rooms. Some rooms overlook the Aizu-Wakamatsu cityscape. All rooms are non-smoking.

What types of open-air baths are there?
There are two scenic open-air large baths: "Sora no Yu" and "Tana-gumo no Yu". You can enjoy both as they rotate between men and women morning and evening. The attraction is the panoramic view of the Aizu basin from an elevation of about 300 meters.
What is the hot spring water quality?
Sulfate spring. It is said to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, poor circulation, and fatigue recovery.
Is there a sauna?
A sauna is available in the large bath. Please check with the front desk for usage details.

What is the dining style?
Dinner and breakfast are provided buffet-style at the restaurant "Agaransho". A wide variety of menus includes local Aizu dishes such as kozu (small soup), horse tendon stew, Kitakata ramen, and sauce katsu-don. Open kitchen offerings of tempura and teppanyaki are also popular.

We provide free parking for approximately 150 vehicles. If full, you may be directed to a nearby shared parking lot (contracted) in the Higashiyama Onsen area.

How do I get there?
About 15 minutes by taxi from JR Intetsu West Line Aizu-Wakamatsu Station. Free shuttle from "Aizu Samurai Residence" bus stop on the town loop bus (reservation required). About 20 minutes by car from Aizu-Wakamatsu IC on the Bandai Expressway.
