How do I get to Fukuroda Falls? Is there a shuttle service?
We offer a complimentary shuttle bus from Fukuroda Station. Please notify the reservation centre (0570-200-418) of your expected arrival time in advance. If heading to Fukuroda Falls the next morning, we depart at 09:30.

Are there wheelchair-accessible guest rooms?
The Universal Twin Room (non-smoking, stream-side) is a barrier-free guest room with no level differences in the room. Some Premium Twin Rooms with private open-air baths also have some accessibility features, but they are not fully barrier-free. Please contact us for details.

What are the nearby tourist attractions?
Fukuroda Falls, one of Japan's three most famous waterfalls, is about 5 minutes by car. In autumn, you can enjoy the combination of autumn foliage and the waterfall. The Ryujin Suspension Bridge (about 40 minutes by car) is also nearby, offering views of the Abukuma Highlands and Yamizo Mountains from the bridge.
Can you provide information about nearby golf courses?
We do not have packages that include golf reservations, but with a hotel booking we can provide information about nearby golf courses (Kanasago Golf, Batoh Golf Club, Fukuroda Falls Country Club). We do not guarantee tee times.

We have a total of 77 rooms: Japanese-style rooms (68 rooms), Western-style rooms (6 rooms), and Japanese-Western rooms (3 rooms). We also offer views such as stream-side or sunset-side, as well as special rooms with private open-air baths. Rooms with private open-air baths include Premium Japanese Rooms and Premium Twin Rooms.

What is the spring water quality and what are its benefits?
This is an alkaline spring with a pH of 8.9. Due to the silky skin feeling after bathing, it is also known as the "beautiful skin hot spring". It is said to be beneficial for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, poor circulation, fatigue recovery, and general health.

We offer a valley stream open-air bath and a garden open-air bath. We also have guest rooms with private open-air baths, such as Premium Japanese Rooms and Premium Twin Rooms.

What kind of cuisine can I enjoy?
We serve local Okukuji specialities such as shamo chicken dishes, and countryside cuisine made with fresh vegetables, apples, tea, and game birds grown in the fertile Okukuji soil. Please enjoy the seasonal ingredients of Okukuji throughout the year.
