All rooms are equipped with a bath, toilet (with washlet), TV, yukata, bath towel, face towel, toothbrush, shampoo, rinse, and razor. Rooms with private open-air baths also include a bathrobe.

Out of 151 total rooms, 59 have private outdoor hot spring baths. All rooms have bath and toilet facilities. Some rooms offer views of Mt. Yotei and Mt. Niseko Annupuri.

Can I use the bath as a day visitor? What is the charge?
Day-use bathing is available. Regular rates are ¥1,200 for adults and ¥600 for children (ages 4–elementary school). During the winter period from December 12, 2026 to March 14, 2027, rates are ¥3,000 for adults and ¥1,500 for children. Face towel ¥200, bath towel rental ¥200. Inquiries: 0136-23-2239.
What are the hours for the large public bath?
The large public bath is open from 15:00 to 10:30 the next morning. There may be times when the bath is reserved for private use; please check with the front desk on the day of your stay.

Dinner: 18:00–20:30. Breakfast: 7:00–9:30. Prices: Dinner 5,500 yen (tax included), breakfast 3,800 yen (tax included). During winter from December 12, 2026 to March 14, 2027, dinner is 7,700 yen (tax included). We offer game dishes using Shiretoko venison and Takikawa duck.

Do you have coin laundry? What are the prices?
We have fully automatic washing machines with dryer function in the building. Prices: Wash and dry (large) 130 minutes for 500 yen; wash and dry (small) 100 minutes for 400 yen; wash only 40 minutes for 200 yen; dry only 30 minutes for 100 yen.
Is there a shop or souvenir store?
There is a shop on the 3rd floor of the building, stocking local specialty products, regional specialties, souvenirs, and food items. Hours are 7:00–22:00.
Is there a ski locker? Where is it located?
We have a ski locker building located on the ski slope side, not in the main building. Use the locker with the same number as your room (dial lock). Usage hours: from 15:00 on arrival day to 13:00 on departure day. It's approximately 1 minute's walk from the Hirafutei ski slope side entrance.
Do you have spa or massage facilities?
We have a spa facility called "THE SPA" on the 3rd floor of the building (opened December 2021). We provide premium relaxation using techniques tailored to each guest, with seasonal campaigns throughout the year. Winter hours: 10:00–24:00 (last order 23:00) Summer hours: 15:00–24:00 (last order 22:00)
