What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Times may differ by plan. You can also complete check-in online in advance.

Dogs are allowed in some rooms, at 5,500 yen including tax per dog. Some breeds cannot stay, so please check with the hotel in advance. All rooms are non-smoking.

In July 2017 Resort Hotel Laforet Yamanakako passed to Marriott management and reopened rebranded as Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka.

There is a Yamanakako Onsen bathing hall and an open-air bath. Some rooms also have their own hot spring bath, so you can enjoy the fine water of Yamanakako whenever you like.

There are 8 outdoor omni courts with floodlighting (by booking). Hotel guests may use one court free for an hour. Opening hours are 7:00-19:00 on weekdays and 7:00-21:00 at weekends and on public holidays. They close from December to March.

How do I get there?
About 150 minutes by express bus from Busta Shinjuku, alighting at Yamanakako Asahigaoka, from where a free shuttle bus runs (advance booking). About 15 minutes from Yamanakako IC on the Chuo Expressway along Prefectural Route 729. About 50 minutes from Gotemba IC on the Tomei Expressway.
