Free wireless and wired LAN are available in all rooms. The entire hotel is non-smoking; please use the smoking booths in the building.

We have a large public bath called "Asuwano-yu" (radium-based artificial hot spring) where you can bathe in your room attire. It is an open, relaxing space. The men's bath includes a sauna.

Please tell me the cancellation policy.
Cancellation the day before results in a 20% charge, cancellation on the day of arrival results in an 80% charge, and no-show without notice results in a 100% charge on the accommodation rate. Different terms may apply for groups of 15 or more or certain booking plans.

Please tell me the check-in and check-out times.
Check-in is 15:00 (or as specified in your booking plan, which takes priority). Check-out is 11:00. For early check-in before 15:00, a fee of 550 yen per hour applies (or full night rate if before 11:00). Late check-out is also available for 550 yen per hour, subject to availability.
Is it okay if I check in late?
If you will arrive more than 2 hours after your registered check-in time, please contact the hotel in advance. Reservations may be cancelled if no notice is given.

We cannot accept animals other than service dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, mobility assistance dogs, etc.).

Is child bed-sharing free of charge?
Children up to elementary school age may share one bed free of charge (one child per bed). Towels, toothbrushes and slippers will be provided by the front desk. However, if a twin room is occupied by one adult and one child, the adult rate for two persons applies.

We have a coin laundry on the 2nd floor (fee required). It features automatic washers and quick gas dryers, plus lockable booths for added security and peace of mind.

Can I buy souvenirs near Fukui Station?
You can buy a wide selection of Fukui souvenirs at "Kuru-fu Fukui Station" (8:30–20:00) inside JR Fukui Station, directly in front of the hotel. Fukui specialty sweets and other items are also available at the Seven-Eleven in Fukui Station (7:00–23:00).

We offer order-form breakfast with a choice of Japanese or Western set meals (approximately 1,280 yen including tax), themed around "nostalgic side dishes and Hokuriku regional flavours". The set meals featuring local ingredients are popular.
