You can reach us directly by highway bus from Shinjuku to the stop in front of the hotel. We also provide a shuttle bus from in front of the pirate ship boarding area at Moto-Hakone Port, making it convenient to access from many directions.

Can we see the gardens? What can we see there?
Yes, we have gardens where you can enjoy nature through all four seasons. The azaleas and rhododendrons, inherited from when this was the former Baron Iwasaki Koyata's villa, are particularly famous, and we hold an annual azalea and rhododendron fair. There are also several shrines scattered around the grounds that you can explore.

Can we use the restaurants and hot spring for a day trip?
Yes, day-trippers as well as overnight guests can use our restaurants, lounge and bar. Please enjoy a special moment away from the ordinary.

What type of hot spring water is it?
It is the only private hot spring source on Lake Ashi, featuring a natural alkaline simple hot spring. Known as the "beauty bath," this soft water can be enjoyed at our large bath with open-air hot spring bath. Some guest rooms also feature hot spring view baths.

Yes, we offer a one-night stay with breakfast plan where you can choose between Japanese or Western cuisine. Please note that the format of the Western breakfast will change from Friday, 12 June 2026, so please contact the hotel for details.
What restaurants are available for dining?
We have French restaurant Vert Bois on the 1st floor of the main building, Japanese restaurant Tsutsuji no Chaya on the 2nd floor of the main building, a lounge bar, and Salon de Thé Rosage in the annex. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and non-guests are also welcome.
