You can enjoy fruit picking at nearby farms. We also offer accommodation plans in collaboration with multiple wineries in the Katsunuma area, and we stock a wide selection of Yamanashi wines in the hotel.

Yes, you can stay with children. Sharing a bed is free, but children aged 3 to pre-school age pay a facility charge of 2,200 yen including tax. Elementary school children are also charged, so please discuss it when booking.

You can use the natural hot spring "Manyo Hot Spring (Fruit Park Hot Spring) Manyo no Yu." The hot spring has a smooth, silky feel. Facilities include a spacious indoor bath, outdoor bath, and far-infrared low-temperature sauna. You can view Mt. Fuji and the night scenery from the outdoor bath. Day-use bathing is also available.

The hotel is located on a hilltop in Usui River Fruit Park, with the Kofu Basin spreading out below. At night, the sparkling night view spreads like a jewelry box, and it has been selected as one of "New Japan's Top 3 Night Views." You can enjoy the night view from all guest rooms, the restaurant, and the terrace.

All rooms have been non-smoking since the March 2014 renovation. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor smoking booth (available 24 hours), where you may smoke in your yukata and slippers.

The hotel has 3 restaurants: "La Collina" (Western cuisine), "Usui River" (Japanese cuisine), and "Keyaki" (teppanyaki). We have an extensive selection of Yamanashi wines and you can enjoy your meal while viewing the night scenery. The Fruit Cafe is popular for its seasonal fruit parfaits.
