Can I ski or play in the snow in winter?
The Kiyosato highlands have snow in winter and there are ski areas nearby, along with snowshoe activities. Snow tyres or chains are essential for a winter visit.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 10:00. Times may differ by plan.

Are there activities for children?
The Keep Nature School runs nature programmes that all ages can enjoy. You can also play in the open spaces and meet the animals.

As well as the hotel building we have cottages, popular with guests who want a more private stay amid nature.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
At 1,400 m the highland setting stays cool even in summer, and some rooms in the main building have no air conditioning. The Japanese and Western rooms in the main building with shared bath and toilet also have no television or fridge.

What is there to see on the site?
The extensive grounds hold the Seisenryo farm, the Paul Rusch Memorial Museum, a chapel, a children's playground and a bakery. The home-made soft-serve ice cream using Jersey milk is another speciality.

Is there a hot spring or bath?
There is a large bathing hall and an open-air bath. Note that guests staying at the Keep Nature School, the Foresters campsite or the Matsumoto youth campsite cannot use them.

Is there a pick-up from Kiyosato Station?
There is a free shuttle bus from Kiyosato Station on the JR Koumi Line, by booking. Please arrange it with the hotel in advance when you book.

What food is there?
We serve meals built on milk from the Seisenryo farm and ingredients from Hokuto City and Yamanashi Prefecture. Dinner and breakfast are courses made by hand by our chefs and pastry chefs. Lunch offers a varied menu including the Seisenryo burger, European-style curry and doria made with organic Jersey milk.

Is there parking?
There is free parking for guests beside the Seisenryo main building and in front of the new wing (200 spaces, first come, first served). In winter there is snow, so snow tyres or chains are required.
