Hotel Arrowle welcomes guests 365 days a year and also hosts weddings, with a glass chapel full of natural light and a setting framed by the Hakusan mountains.

Hotel guests may use it free of charge (seasonal opening), including before check-in and after check-out. Pool toys are also lent free.

What are the hot spring facilities?
The 1,800-square-metre spa has a large bathing hall, an open-air bath, a pool, a sauna and a beauty salon. It uses the natural hot spring Kaga-no-Yu, said to benefit the skin and to help with poor circulation and fatigue.
Can I use the baths without staying overnight?
Day-use bathing is available at 1,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children (excluding tax), from 8:00 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 21:00.

Is there a shuttle from Kaga-Onsen Station?
A free shuttle bus runs from JR Kaga-Onsen Station. Booking is required by midday the previous day, and the journey takes about 15 minutes.

What meal options are there?
We offer plans with two meals, with breakfast only, and room only. The dining options include the terrace restaurant Bellavista (Italian) and the Japanese restaurant Chikusui.
Are the restaurants closed on any days?
Bellavista is closed for dinner on Wednesdays. The Japanese restaurant Chikusui is closed for lunch Monday to Friday and for dinner on Mondays (or the Tuesday if that Monday is a public holiday). The bar Beneore is closed Sunday to Thursday.
