Can I use Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) is available in guest rooms except the Japanese-style rooms on the entrance side (10 rooms). For wired LAN connection, the front desk offers a free adapter and LAN cable.

Is there an airport shuttle bus?
Direct shuttle buses are not currently available. A flat-rate taxi plan for hotel guests (between Miyazaki Bougainvillea Airport and hotel, one-way ¥2,400/vehicle for up to 4 people, advance booking required) is available online.

What activities are available?
There are plenty of water activities such as swimming and surfing. The hotel has a Murasaki Sports Miyazaki Aoshima shop on the premises, where you can also enjoy surfing with a subscription (no gear needed). Please use the "Activity Center" for changing facilities.

From what age do children require a fee for sharing a bed?
Children aged 3 and over but under school age are charged ¥1,100 (tax and service included) for the breakfast buffet, payable at the hotel. Please check your booking plan for details on bed-sharing arrangements.

Ocean views are available in Premier Suite (9F), Superior Twin (9F), Comfort Twin (8F), Twin & Triple (7F/6F), and Japanese-style rooms (5F/4F). Some rooms on 4F have an entrance view.

Do you have hot springs? What is the water quality?
On the 3rd floor, there is an observation hot spring bath with views of Hyuga-nada. The water is weakly alkaline bicarbonate spring water, and it is known as a "beauty bath" with one of Japan's highest concentrations of bicarbonate ions. It is said to be effective for neuralgia and muscle pain.

Can I send luggage in advance?
You can send luggage by courier to the front desk. When sending, please write "○month ○day stay, reservation name ○○" on the package. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is also available at the 2nd floor front desk.

How do I get to Aoshima Shrine?
It is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Aoshima Beach is about 8 minutes' walk away, and Kodomonokuni Station is also within walking distance.

1F Chinese restaurant "Ryuo" is closed every Thursday, and 2F Japanese restaurant "Hyugo Shizuku" is closed every Tuesday. Please contact the hotel directly for details.

About 200 parking spaces in total are available free of charge (first come, first served): the hotel parking lot (in front of the hotel) and a Times parking lot for hotel guests (about 2 minutes' walk away). For the Times lot, free registration using an authentication machine inside the hotel is required.
